Maxim Thailand Joins Tree-Planting Initiative with Khlong Hae Municipality in Hat Yai, Songkhla

Songkhla (27 July 2025) – Maxim Thailand recently took part in a tree-planting activity to commemorate a national occasion under the “One Municipality, One Beautiful and Safe Road” initiative. The event, organized by Khlong Hae Municipality, was held along Amphawan Road, Village No. 3, Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. The initiative aims to enhance orderliness, beautify public spaces, and promote safety within the local community. Approximately 80 participants joined the activity, collectively planting 40 yellow elder trees.

The event was presided over by representatives from various sectors, including the Mayor of Khlong Hae Municipality, a Member of Parliament from Songkhla Province, the Director of the Engineering Department, as well as municipal executives, council members, heads of government departments, municipal officers, and local residents of Khlong Hae. Maxim Thailand, together with its local partner drivers, actively participated in supporting the expansion of green spaces within the community, reflecting the private sector’s important role in fostering sustainable social development.

Ms. Airada Hemman, Secretary to the Mayor of Khlong Hae Municipality, Hat Yai, Songkhla. expressed her gratitude, stating, “The participation of Maxim Thailand in this event is very much appreciated, as it will lead to future collaborations in organizing joint activities. Such cooperation among various sectors helps create a more livable society and serves as a good example for other organizations to engage with the community,”

Ms. Russana Lehlah, Head of the Maxim Headquarters in Hat Yai states, “We are truly grateful to be part of this meaningful initiative. Planting trees is not only about adding green space to Khlong Hae, but also about fostering a sense of unity and shared responsibility within the community. This event highlights the importance of community engagement in local development. We firmly believe that with collective effort, we can create a more livable and orderly community,”
