Review: lad Nad Kod Yang - A Century-Old Local Market Near Hatyai

lad Nad Kod Yang, a century-old local market, is another gem worth exploring near Hatyai. Located just "hid diow" (very close), it's less than 5 kilometers from Big C Khlong Hae. This small, charming market is nestled around Ban Han curve and is divided into two sections: the morning market and the afternoon market, each operating on different days.

This Friday morning, the admin visited the market, which is set at a three-way intersection and split into two sides. The riverside section specializes in fresh produce and seafood, while the opposite side offers a variety of general goods, including traditional Thai snacks.

  • Morning Market: Open on Tuesdays and Fridays, from 06:00 to 10:00 AM.
  • Afternoon Market: Open on Thursdays and Sundays, from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
