No. 1 Reflecting Dedication

The achievement of being ranked No. 1 in the region highlights the dedication of every team member at the hospital, from doctors and nurses to medical personnel and administrators, who work tirelessly to enhance the quality of care and services for patients and the public.

Evaluation Criteria

The hospital rankings by Newsweek are based on four sources:

  1. Online surveys of over 85,000 medical professionals, hospital executives, and healthcare personnel.
  2. General patient satisfaction surveys after receiving care at the hospitals.
  3. Quality indicators of the hospitals, including hygiene standards, patient safety, and patient-to-doctor or patient-to-nurse ratios.
  4. Assessments by Statista using Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), which evaluate treatment outcomes as reported by patients. The survey was conducted between January 1 and December 31, 2023.
