Wat Pa Saeng Tham releases over 2 tons of fish into the reservoir

On September 18, 2567, a significant merit-making event took place with the creation of a Chiang Saen Buddha statue, 40 inches in width, dedicated to Wat Nam Bo Fad, Chiang Mai province. Additionally, 2,093 kilograms of freshwater fish were released into the reservoir at Khlong La, Khlong Hoi Khong district, Songkhla, during Wat Pa Saeng Tham's annual forgiveness day. The fish species included snakehead fish, striped catfish, walking catfish, native catfish, and eels.

This event was supported by the Thung Sia Siang Tieng Friendship Foundation, Hat Yai, which provided two boats and personnel to facilitate the fish release. We extend our gratitude to everyone who participated and generously dedicated their valuable time to this charitable cause.
